Jullian guides people through an immersive journey into their true, authentic self. Through psychotherapy, mindfulness, and meditation, the process of realizing one’s full potential becomes a rewarding and fulfilling experience.

Psychotherapy

I offer individual psychotherapy to adult clients via telehealth and in-person sessions. In my work as a psychotherapist I employ a host of evidence based modalities including Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am also a certified Prolonged Exposure (PE)Therapist which allows me to effectively guide clients through healing from trauma and PTSD. I seek to create a safe space for my clients where they are seen, validated, and empowered to live authentically.

Meditation Course

In three live virtual or in-person sessions, I’ll guide you through a self-sufficient meditation technique that generates deep rest in the mind and body- allowing you to show up balanced and refreshed for whatever you take on. This style of meditation is not about “clearing the mind of thoughts,” but rather it allows you to go beyond the busy surface level of the mind to access inner silence and stillness. It is an easy to learn and effortless to practice. It is the 1 Giant Mind Being Teachnique.

Wellness Retreats & Workshops

Pana Con Prana Retreats

I currently am co-hosting a wellness and urban excursion retreat to Medellin, Colombia in July 2025. This will be my second year working with Pana con Prana, a community based organization founded in Philadelphia. Pana con Prana holds weeklong retreats which seek to connect participants to the vibrant culture of Colombia. During this week there are daily offerings of yoga and meditation to facilitate a deeper intra and interpersonal connection among the group (pana).

I lead the group through my three day meditation course as well as offer structured reflection time amongst group members. These exercises enable travelers to share their meditation experiences and integrate their practice throughout their trip. In the end this retreat aims to provide tools for participants to take back home with them. After a week of dancing, eating, practicing yoga asana and meditation in the beauty of Medellín participants feel refreshed and connected within themselves and others.

Move, Massage and Meditate Workshop

This workshop is currently offered monthly at Amrita Yoga, located in the Fishtown section of Philadelphia. This workshop is approximately two hours and involves yoga asana, rolling out on massage balls and then a led meditation and time for reflection and sharing.
